Exporting AAC blocks or ALC panels requires more than selecting a material and agreeing a price. The buyer and supplier should align the product specification, packing method, shipping scope and document requirements before production begins. Define the product scope in writing

Confirm the material type, dimensions, quantity, packing requirement and any project-specific documentation before an order is released. If a project uses several block sizes or both AAC blocks and ALC panels, list each item separately. Clear scope protects both sides from avoidable misunderstandings.

Discuss packing before loading

Building materials need packing that supports safe handling from the factory to the project site. Confirm pallet arrangement, protective wrapping, labelling and any local unloading constraints. Typical commercial documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and documents agreed in the sales contract. Destination markets can have additional customs, inspection or project requirements. Confirm these requirements before shipment rather than after cargo is ready at the port.

Plan the shipment around site readiness

Coordinate the estimated arrival window with storage space, lifting equipment and the construction programme. Materials that arrive before the site is ready can be exposed to unnecessary handling or storage risk. A staged delivery plan may be more suitable for a project with limited laydown space.

Inspect the delivery on arrival

Check the number of pallets, external packing condition and visible damage before unloading is completed. Record any concern with photographs and notify the relevant logistics party promptly. A clear receiving procedure gives the project team a better basis for managing any issue.
